About Balance Restored Reflexology

Welcome to Balance Restored Reflexology!

My name is Sue Wood and I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT).

Originally from the UK, I have worked in the health care system for a number of years but was first attracted to reflexology in 2018 when I personally experienced the deeply relaxing health benefits reflexology provides. I noticed others were experiencing similar benefits including improved sleep, and real relief from tension, stress and chronic pain, and it was then that I decided to learn this holistic healing practice for myself!

In 2020, I completed my training with the Reflexology Association of Canada and I am delighted to offer a variety of reflexology services from my centrally located office in Dryden, as well as in-home reflexology services on request. I invite you to discover the benefits of reflexology for yourself!
